POLICY OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. The present Policy of processing of personal data belonging to users of the Web-Site www.geomash.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been worked out for the purpose of observation of requirements stipulated in the Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ.
2. The present Policy provides observation of requirements as to protection of rights and liberties of a subject of personal data when processing his/her personal data.
3. This Policy is subject to compulsory implementation by all employees of LLC “Geomash-Centre” having access to personal data of users of www.geomash.ru Web-Site (hereinafter referred to as the Web-Site).
4. Requirements stipulated in this Policy are applicable to the Web-site only.
5. The person responsible for arrangement of personal data processing is the General Director of LLC “Geomash-Centre”.
PERSONAL DATA OF USERS
1. In the framework of the present Policy, the list of personal data of the Web-site users includes:
  - surname, name, patronymic name;
  - contact information including telephone and email;
  - other information referring to the Web-site users.
2. For the purpose of studying of Users’ needs, consolidation and analysis of information and for the purpose of creation of a clients’ statistics, automatically collectible data may be collected on the Web-Site. Automatically collectible data may include IP- address, date and time of access to the Web-Site and other similar information.
3. On the Web-Site, no personal data provided by users are checked. It is users of the Web-Site who are responsible for trustworthiness of their personal data provided.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Processing of personal data includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storing, specification (renewal, alteration), extraction, using, transferring (broadening, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, elimination of personal data.
2. The purpose of processing of personal data is arrangement of setting-up of contractual relations with physical and legal persons through the Web-Site.
3. When providing personal data in sections of the Web-Site stipulating consent of processing of personal data by clicking of some button (the button SEND, CALL ME BACK etc), a user of the Web-Site gives its consent for processing of the personal data.
4. In respect to personal data of the Web-Site users, confidential treatment of provided personal data is applied.
5. A user of the Web-Site is entitled to apply to LLC “Geomash-Centre” or address a demand personally or through a representative for the purpose of obtaining of information covering processing of his/her personal data according to the Par. 3 and Par. 7 of the Art 14 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ, to the following electronic mail: mail@geomash.ru
6. A user of the Web-Site is entitled to complain action or lack of action of LLC “Geomash-Centre” to an authority responsible for protection of rights of personal data subjects or by judicial procedure, as well as the right of protection of his/her rights and legal interest including the right of indemnification of losses and (or) compensation of moral damage by judicial procedure according to the Art. 17 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ.
7. A user of the Web-Site is entitled to demand from the operator to specify his/her personal data, their blocking or elimination in case when such personal data are incomplete, outdated, inexact, illegally obtained or if they are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law for protection of their rights according to the Par. 1 Art. 14 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ.
8. LLC “Geomash-Centre” guarantees fulfillment of its obligations provided for in the Art 20 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ if being addressed by a subject of personal data or being requested by a subject of personal data or his/her representative.
9. LLC “Geomash-Centre” guarantees fulfillment of obligations provided for in the Art. 21 of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ as to elimination of violations of law occurred when processing personal data, as well as specification, blocking and deletion of personal data.
MEASURES TO BE TAKEN BY LLC ‘GEOMASH-CENTRE’ AIMED TO PROCUREMENT OF FULFILLMENT OF ITS OBLIGATIONS AS AN OPERATOR ACCORDING TO EFFECTIVE LAWS CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA
1. LLC “Geomash-Centre” takes the following package of measures aimed to procurement of fulfillment of its obligations as an operator according to effective laws concerning personal data:
  
  4.1.1. To publish, approve and apply the present Policy;
  
  4.1.2. To provide familiarization of employees who directly process personal data with provisions of laws concerning personal data, as well as the present Policy.
  
  4.1.3. To take organization and technical measures for protection of personal data from illegal or occasional access thereto, elimination, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, broadening of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in respect to personal data;
  
  4.1.4. To provide internal control of accordance of personal data processing with requirements of effective laws and the present Policy;
  
  4.1.5. To estimate damage that might be incurred to subjects of personal data in case of violation of the Federal Law of Personal Data, proportion of the said damage and measures taken by LLC “Geomash-Centre” for procurement of fulfillment of obligations provided for by the Federal Law;
  
  4.1.6. To appoint a person responsible for organization of personal data processing. A person responsible for organization of personal data processing is determined with this Policy.
CONCLUSIVE PROVISIONS
1. LLC “Geomash-Centre” and users of the Web-Site are responsible for violations of provisions of the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ according to effective laws.
2. As to all for the rest that is not covered with this Policy, laws of the Russian Federation are applied including the Federal Law of Personal Data adopted on 27.07.2006 under N 152-FZ.
3. Provisions of the present Policy come in force on the day of its approval with the respective Order of the General Director of LLC “Geomash-Centre”.
4. The present Policy may be amended and supplemented subject to approval by the respective Order of the General Director of LLC “Geomash-Centre”. If the present Policy is amended, the text of this Policy is to be renewed. A new version of the Policy come in effect on the day of approval of the respective amendments and supplements.
