MBU — 400 provides rotary auger drilling, including with hollow augers SHR up to 250 mm diameter, core drilling dry/with washing/air flush up to 132 mm diameter, diamond core drilling with washing up to 93 mm diameter, percussion drilling with DTH hammers, and in addition percussion drilling with the hydro hammer.

The rig is mounted onto a caterpillar truck with remote control.
The hydraulic system of the rig is fed from the «Kubota» diesel engine

The caterpillar truck provides manoeuvrability within the work site. The rubber track does not damage the pavement surfacing and the turf. The width of the rubber track is 300 mm which provides stability to the rig at onsite movement and decreases the pressure on the ground.

The delivery of the rig to the work site can be acomplished by vehicle tow trucks.
